Designyff sells production-ready starter kits, boilerplates, and component packages, and also publishes a free UI component library. Our service includes:

  • One-time purchases of developer starter kits and bundles
  • Secure download of source after payment
  • Free copy-and-paste UI components

3. User Responsibilities

As a user of Designyff, you agree to:

  • Use the provided code and resources in accordance with applicable laws and regulations
  • Not use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Not attempt to access, tamper with, or use non-public areas of the Website
  • Not interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Website
  • Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Website

4. Intellectual Property

4.1 Website Content

All content on Designyff, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, code examples, templates, and software, is the property of Designyff and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

4.2 Code usage

  • Purchased starter kits and free components may be used in personal, commercial, and client projects
  • You may modify and adapt the code for your own use
  • You may not redistribute or resell the original source as a competing library, kit, or standalone product
  • Attribution to Designyff is appreciated but not required

4.3 Paid products

Starter kits, component packages, and the mega bundle are one-time purchases. A purchase grants the usage rights above for the downloaded source. Payment is processed by Stripe. The download is available only after Stripe confirms the payment. If checkout is unavailable, contact Designyff to complete the purchase.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

Designyff is provided “as is” without any warranties, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

  • The Website will be error-free or uninterrupted
  • The code examples or templates will work in all environments
  • The Website is free of viruses or other harmful components

6. Limitation of Liability

Designyff shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Website.
