Delivery starts after you submit all required content and assets. We deliver your first preview within the stated business days. Time awaiting your feedback, revisions and final publication depends on your response and approval. Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding Slovenian public holidays.

Unused content-update time does not roll over to the next month. New pages, redesigns and new functionality are outside Care.
Care starts on the purchase date and renews monthly until cancelled. Contact us to cancel before the next renewal; service continues through the paid period. Without Care, we hand over your website for hosting you arrange. Domain registration and third-party service fees are separate in either case.

Once you approve the website, we publish it with Care or help hand it over to your chosen hosting provider.
A few things to know before you order
What counts as a revision round?
One consolidated list of changes to the agreed design and supplied content. Landing Page includes 1 round, Business Website 2, and Business Pro 3. New pages beyond your package, a new design direction after approval or new functionality are separate work. Revisions are not unlimited.
What do I need to provide?
Your business details, page list, final text, contact information, style preferences and any logo or images you want us to use. You can share a folder link in the brief. If you have no logo, say so; we can use your business name as text. Logo design, photography and writing all your content are not included.
What does SEO include?
Page titles and descriptions, a sensible heading structure, descriptive image text, mobile-friendly layouts and a sitemap where appropriate. Business Pro also includes page-by-page review of the supplied content structure. Search rankings, ongoing SEO campaigns and keyword research are not included.
What forms, analytics and integrations are included?
Landing Page and Business Website include a standard enquiry form. Business Website and Business Pro include one analytics setup with consent controls where needed. Business Pro includes a contact form and, where reasonable, one multi-field enquiry form or an existing booking/newsletter embed. Custom APIs, payment systems, accounts, e-commerce and complex automation are outside the packages. Third-party subscriptions are paid separately.
When will my website be ready?
Your first preview is delivered within 5, 7 or 10 business days, depending on your package, after all required content and assets arrive. We confirm when your brief is complete. You review the preview, use your included revision rounds and approve the website before it is published. Delayed content or feedback moves the launch date.
Do I need Website Care?
No. The design is a one-time purchase. Care adds hosting, maintenance, monitoring, applicable updates and up to 30 minutes of small content changes per month for €39/month. Unused time does not roll over. Without Care, you arrange hosting; domain names and paid external services are always separate.
How do I cancel Website Care?
Contact Designyff before your next monthly renewal. We cancel future charges and keep Care active until the end of the paid period. You will need alternative hosting after that; contact us to arrange the handover.
What if I need something outside these packages?
For shops, web apps, more than 10 pages or complex integrations, contact us about a custom project before buying. Extra work is agreed and priced separately; it is not included in a fixed-price package.
